The board met on August 30th. Here are the highlights of what was discussed:
- Residents who had asked about purchasing trees for the common area were sent letters this summer. None have responded.
- ACC house painting requests: design review committee will take into account surrounding houses to ensure that proposed colors do not conflict and that similar colors are not repeated too often.
- Pool report from security firm: nine reports of after-hours usage reported last month.
- Various ACC requests processed.
