The annual neighborhood meeting will be held this year on June 12th, 6:30pm at the Meridian Police Department. All Woodbridge residents are invited to attend.

Homes with even numbered addresses – water on Wednesday, Friday, Sunday

Homes with odd numbered addresses – water on Monday, Thursday, Saturday

All homes can water on Tuesday since this is Mow Day and common areas will use less water

• Landscaping committee working on bids for replacement trees and shrubs
• Easter Egg event on schedule. Volunteers to setup would be helpful
• Discussed further options for pool security measures
• Timed pool bathroom locks approved and will be installed. This year the pool key will be required to open bathrooms as well as front gate. in effort to cut down after-hours vandalism.
• New pool signs with updated contact information to be installed
• Pool rule sheet must be signed and returned by homeowners in order for their keys to be turned on this year
• Cabana reservation deposit checks will be cashed this year and then after the cabana cleaning report has been submitted, they will be refunded to homeowners.
• Community yard sale will be held June 23, 2012
• Broken and unstained boards on common area fences to be repaired
• Advantage will be requesting quotes for repairing sidewalks around pool area

In order to participate, please fill 12 plastic easter eggs for each child attending and drop them off at 2221 E Bowstring St. Each child will collect 12 eggs. Please designate the age of the child attending on each bag of eggs. Food and refreshments will be provided. Open to Woodbridge residents only.

• Board agreed to new electronic signature policy with Advantage Idaho. Treasurer to sign checks electronically, and will monitor details and to discuss any inconsistencies.
• Board agreed to set up Facebook group for homeowners on trial basis.
• Angela Nanney to schedule and organize Easter Egg event for April 7, 2012, 10am.
• Board agreed to table the Speed Hump Presentation matter until Meridian City Traffic Commission meets and hears suggested speed reduction presented by the Homeowners Association.

Your Woodbridge Board of Directors has made a decision to change its management company in order to better meet the service and financial needs of the Association.  We have selected Advantage Idaho which is headquartered in Garden City.  The official change date is March 1.  We remain on good terms with our previous management company and we will all work to have a seamless transfer of records and responsibilities.

The Search Committee and Board went through an extensive process to select a new management company, including interviews and contacting references.   We selected Advantage Idaho for several reasons, but particularly because of their long history with many other satisfied associations in the Treasure Valley.  Many of Advantage Idaho’s other clients have communities and amenities very similar to those in Woodbridge.

Working with your Board of Directors and committees, Advantage will be providing a variety of services, including financial, administrative, compliance with covenants, site management and communications.  Communications will include newsletters as well as day-to-day phone calls, e-mails, responses and other matters associated directly with Woodbridge residents.

Beginning March 1 Advantage Idaho will be your first place to call if you have a question about your assessments, a response to an infraction letter, a message or question about the subdivision, or any other related items.  You may reach all Advantage Idaho staff at 323-1080.

Your Board of Directors will continue to be very much involved and will make all policy and budgeting decisions.
