Question – If I have a neighborhood complaint and do not know where to start who can I call?

Question – What are the fence stain colors? Do I need to submit an Arch Review form for Approval? Where can I purchase the material?

Answer - According to our CC&Rs, two stain colors are allowed: Cabot Sequoia and Cabot New Cedar. These colors in solid will cover watermarks and stains.  You can purchase Cabot stain at the Meridian Kelly-Moore Paints store located at 307 East Fairview Ave. or at Lowe’s.

Note, no Arch review form is necessary. Want someone else to stain the fence for you? The vendor who stained the common area fences was PCA Fence, Joe Huether, 378-4787. He can give you a quote, if interested.

Question – Parking and storage guidelines for boats, campers, trailers an other RV vehicles?

Answer - The above vehicles must be parked in the garage or out of sight behind your fence or at an off-site storage facility. It is permissible to park your RV in your driveway for up to 36 hours for cleaning, loading and unloading.

Question – Are glass containers allowed at the pool? Smoking? Pets?

Answer - No

Question – I am planning to make exterior changes to my home and or landscape i.e. changing paint colors; concrete curbing; porch covering; shed etc… do i need to submit an Arch Review form? How long will approval take?

Answer - Yes, to manage neighborhood appeal the process and form for approval is necessary. The turnaround time should be no longer than 30 days, which is the time between Board meetings. The form and process are available in the ‘Documents Section.’
